1. Scope

nextdsp.cloud is a location-intelligence and programmatic advertising platform. This policy applies to personal data processed through our website, platform, campaign services, and related communications. It does not cover the independent privacy practices of advertisers, publishers, or other third parties that may use our services.

2. Data we may collect

Depending on how you interact with our services, we may process:

• Business contact information, such as name, work email, company, and role.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and event logs.
• Location signals, such as an approximate device location or a location-derived audience segment, where permission and applicable law allow it.
• Campaign information, such as ad delivery, engagement, and aggregate visitation or conversion measurements.

We do not intend to use precise location signals to identify an individual by name, nor do we knowingly build audiences from sensitive locations where prohibited by law or our platform rules.

3. How we use data

We may use data to operate and secure our services, respond to enquiries, create and manage advertiser accounts, build permitted audience segments, deliver and measure advertising, diagnose performance, and comply with legal obligations. We seek to use data only for purposes that have been communicated and are appropriate to the service provided.

4. When data may be shared

We may share data with service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, media buying, campaign measurement, and customer support. We may also share data with advertisers and publishers when needed to run a campaign, typically in aggregated or pseudonymous form. We do not sell personal data as a standalone consumer data product.

Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable law.

5. Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Your choices and requests

You may be able to control cookies and certain device permissions through your browser or device settings. You may also request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law. Requests relating to an advertiser’s campaign should first be directed to that advertiser, where appropriate.
